Rail Infrastructure Specialist

Work with our team to ensure the efficient operation of the rail network through effective maintenance and support services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join our organization and contribute to the delivery of safe, timely, and efficient rail services.

About this role:

  • Coordinate and implement track asset maintenance strategies to minimize disruptions to rail operations.
  • Provide procurement support to the operations and planning team, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage records and data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Conduct audit and probity checks to maintain high standards of integrity and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

About you:

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably supporting finance functions such as procurement and invoicing.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, file management, and record-keeping.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in software packages such as Microsoft Office, databases, and management systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other enterprise systems is highly desirable.
  • A current NSW Class C driver's license is preferred but not essential.
