Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert engineering innovation, planning, advice, and design in electrical engineering disciplines to support the delivery of quality rail solutions.
  • Contribute to technical feasibility studies and maintain electrical systems infrastructure databases to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Offer advice and services to stakeholders to deliver timely and cost-effective infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs.
About You:
  • You will identify and communicate engineering innovations to facilitate safe and commercially smart solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop a keen eye for detail to identify issues related to technical specifications, safety, quality, environmental, and resourcing, making informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Assist in tender preparation through provision of expert technical advice, supporting the development of competitive bids that meet customer requirements.
  • Possess knowledge of or ability to acquire knowledge in electrical infrastructure design and planning, including risk management, electrical design, asset management, construction, and commissioning.
  • Demonstrate understanding of complex technical concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in civil, electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics disciplines, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
