Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure packages from conception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed engineering design documents, specifications, drawings, and scopes of work for assigned projects.
  • Lead and participate in infrastructure design review processes.
  • Review and validate design drawings, produce scope of work documents, and bill of materials.
  • Identify defects and coordinate rectifications as per agreed timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10+ years' experience as a deployment/project engineer on large-scale projects.
  • Engineering degree enabling full membership to Engineers Australia or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in design, construction, and integration of telecommunications systems, including radio sites, power systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Proven subcontractor management experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Collaborative communication style with ability to work effectively within a team environment.
