Job Title: Telecoms Sales Expert

We're looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Telecoms Sales Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Achieve sales targets by providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to your team members, always putting the customer at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising across the Communications Department.
  • E nsure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with a strong emphasis on workplace safety.

About You:

  • You'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.
  • You must have a proven track record in retail sales, preferably in the telecommunications sector, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You'll be confident in your ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results under pressure.
