Job Overview

The Telecoms Service Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations and maintenance activities of the Telecoms team to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a team to deliver services to clients in the energy, oil and gas sector by maintaining site-related incidents and contributing to the team's development and training requirements.
  • Maintaining oversight of site-related incidents and contributing to the teams' development and training requirements.
  • Carrying out regular business reviews with customers and working on a continuous improvement strategy across all contracts within the Telecoms vertical.
  • Being responsible for business development of the Telecoms Business Unit with existing and new customers.
  • Developing procedures to deliver state-of-the-art support to all customers.
