Job Title: Quality System Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this critical role within our Functional Excellence Team. This position plays a pivotal part in maintaining and continuously improving system compliance assurance provisions, focusing on Supplier Quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain approved supplier information and manage approval of suppliers to ensure program requirements are met.
  • Facilitate and lead performance measurement and analytical capability to drive continuous improvement in supplier quality imperatives.
  • Manage internal audits to determine effectiveness and compliance with requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Supplier Quality role with at least 5 years' experience working in a Quality Team.
  • Understanding of Australian Industry Capability (AIC) Program in Defence Industry.
  • Lead and 2nd party auditor qualifications and experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DASR Part 145, Part M and Part 21J frameworks.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills with an ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
