**Job Description:**

SafetyCulture's mission is to empower front line workers. We achieve this by providing a mobile-first operations platform that supports our customers in performing checks, training staff, reporting issues, automating tasks and communicating efficiently.

As an experienced Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for designing scalable solutions that improve the efficiency and productivity of global Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include administering the Salesforce Platform, including system configuration, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades, data integrity, deployments, security, end user support, documentation and governance.

You will maintain Salesforce as a holistic view of our customer and business processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 4+ years Salesforce experience
  • Certification in Sales Cloud
  • Experience with multi-region and multi-currency configurations
  • Knowledge of SaaS models and Product Led Growth (PLG)
