Job Description:

As a seasoned administrator, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the end-to-end Salesforce environment. This includes overseeing configuration changes, leading initiatives for continuous improvement and scalability, and serving as the subject matter expert on various Salesforce products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of B2B commercial operations, sales, and marketing processes. They should also possess proven ability to manage priorities, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and enhance the Salesforce environment
  • Oversee configuration changes
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and scalability
  • Serve as subject matter expert on Salesforce products
  • Maintain data hygiene, security, and usability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 4-6 years' experience managing complex Salesforce environments
  • Strong knowledge of B2B commercial operations, sales, and marketing processes
  • Proven ability to manage priorities, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively
