As National Health Information and Patient Services Manager, you will oversee Clinical Coding, Medical Transcription, Release of Information, and Health Information Management, driving excellence in every aspect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in all health information services.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring top-notch data integrity and clinical coding accuracy.
  • Oversee critical data submissions, working with external partners and health funds.
  • Coordinate the design and management of medical record forms, aligning with industry standards.
  • Ensure information release requests and medical transcriptions are accurate and timely.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor Degree in Health Science/Business (Health Administration - Health Information Management) and eligibility for HIMAA membership.
  • Experience: Proven experience in health information management, clinical coding (ICD, AR-DRGs), clinical information systems, forms design, and auditing.
  • Leadership: A strong track record of leading teams, driving quality and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with IT and clinical teams.
