About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Health Information Services Clerk to support safe patient care by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of medical records. This is a permanent part-time role of 15.2 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in administration, preferably within a healthcare environment
  • Exceptional computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
