This position reports professionally to the Director of Nursing Community and Oral Health and operationally to the Director Metro South Health @ Home and Residential Aged Care. The role has operational and professional or indirect reporting responsibility of approximately 150 FTE and approximately 85 casual nursing staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Redland Residential Care nursing and operational budget, ensuring transparency, efficiency and financial integrity. Financial delegation of recurrent and non-recurrent funding is also a key aspect of this role.
