Job Overview:

The Leader of Pastoral Care plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a culture of inclusivity and respect among students, teachers, and staff
  • Collaborate with the College Counsellor and Allied Health agencies to promote student wellbeing and agency
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Homeroom Teachers to ensure effective student support
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with students, parents, and colleagues
