Our church is seeking a dedicated congregational pastor to join our ministry team. Our mission is to make mature disciples of Christ who will take the Gospel to their communities and beyond.

As a relationally rich church, your heart will be pastoral with a desire to teach and disciple within several congregations. Your role will involve leading worship services, equipping and empowering members, welcoming newcomers, and fostering involvement in outreach programs.

Key responsibilities include shepherding the flock through teaching, correcting and prayer. You will oversee women's ministry at Macquarie Park and raise up future leaders. This exciting role requires a person of Christian character with demonstrated commitment to Reformed Evangelical values.

Requirements include a BTh degree or working towards degree in Ministry, previous parish experience, and proven ability in pastoral care, teaching the Bible faithfully and leading groups and ministry teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
