Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ruminant Nutrition Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and providing technical expertise in the ruminant segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Retain and grow our existing customer base, driving sales in the ruminant segment.
  • Technical Expertise: Advise customers on feed and nutrition programs tailored to their specific needs, providing in-depth technical and nutritional advice.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across the business.
  • Sales & Account Management: Develop and implement sales plans, manage customer accounts, and achieve set sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and changing industry conditions.
  • Communication & Training: Deliver exceptional customer service, educate team members on product lines, and create learning resources.

Requirements

  • A degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ruminant nutrition and sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage accounts effectively.
  • A passion for the agricultural sector and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
