- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan across corporate and consumer channels, ensuring messaging aligns with our regulatory work and consumer financial education objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team of social media specialists, fostering an innovative culture that drives audience engagement and delivers measurable results.
- Provide expert strategic advice to senior leaders on social media campaigns, content, and best-practice audience engagement.
- Oversee content planning and execution, utilizing analytics tools to measure performance, track key metrics, and optimise content strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure social media is impactful and positions us well.
About You:
- Extensive experience in social media leadership, with a background in developing and executing strategies that drive audience engagement and deliver measurable results.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, drive innovation, and ensure best-practice social media engagement in a complex and fast-paced environment.
