Key Responsibilities- Coordinate emergency and non-emergency requests from members in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with nurses and psychologists to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and optimal results.
- Experience working in high-pressure environments with multiple priorities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Fluency in additional languages is desirable but not required.
