About the roleAs Clinical Care Coordinator you will coordinate and lead the care team in consultation with the facility Manager.
You will ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care and most importantly, a quality lifestyle for our residents.
Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be provided with a challenging and diverse work environment, as well as an opportunity for you to contribute and make a real difference to the residential aged care community.We currently have a permanent part time opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for our facility
Calvary St Joseph's Retirement Community is located in Sandgate, and home to 135 residents.This is a permanent part time opportunity, working every Wednesday and Thursday, and every second Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging all clinical services in line with Calvary's missions and policiesAdvocate the implementation of continuous improvement activities in all aspects of clinical and lifestyle servicesEnsure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and on timeCoordinate and support all scheduled audits and clinical indicatorsEnsure resident health records and clinical documentation is relevant and up to dateAbout youRegistered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Current police check or willingness to obtainCurrent NDIS check or willingness to obtainIPC training completed or willing to completeA commitment to work within Calvary's Mission, Vision and ValuesDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing the Aged CareCommitment to contemporary aged care nursing practiceAbility to support a multi-disciplinary teamEffective communication skills, oral and writtenDemonstrated alignment with the philosophy of resident focused care which supports dignity, independence and informed consultative decision makingKnowledge of AN-ACC and the Aged Care standardsFor further information please contact Maureen Kiss, Home Manager on or Why work for Calvary?
