We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Sourcer, supporting our Sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with our recruiters and drive candidate pipelines, nurturing authentic relationships with candidates and evolving and leading volume hiring strategies and projects.

This role requires a collaborative approach with peers and stakeholders, influencing win-win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging talent for both volume and under-represented groups, using innovative techniques and a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with recruiters to drive candidate pipelines
  • Nurture authentic relationships with candidates
  • Evolving and leading volume hiring strategies and projects
  • Identify blockers and lead with solutions that benefit immediate and wider teams

You will work closely with our recruiters, candidate coordination, and other supporting talent teams to deliver outcomes at scale. We take pride in playing as a team and contributing to the company's success through hiring.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and deep sourcing experience
  • Bonus: Experience recruiting for Sales teams
  • Background in software industry and functional understanding of competitive landscape
  • Experience crafting and implementing talent acquisition-related strategies
  • Collaborative approach with peers and stakeholders
