HiTech Group is looking to engage an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support a major security system program. The role offers a dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for growth and development.

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and assisting Program Managers and Project Managers (PPMs) in the development, review, management, and dissemination of program and project artefacts.

This includes reports, procurement documents, and communication materials. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the program's scope, schedule, financials, stakeholders, and desired outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Demonstrate high performance in supporting complex ICT programs and projects as a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, or in a similar role within government and/or large enterprise environments.
  • Show exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail, including proven experience in providing secretariat services to senior executive boards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in stakeholder management and negotiation, including the ability to effectively engage at all levels of an organisation, develop professional networks, and build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrate immense experience in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating program and project artefacts, including reports, procurement documents, communication materials, and documentation to support governance committees.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing programs and projects using both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Competent in utilising Azure DevOps for task management, ensuring efficient tracking and delivery of project milestones.
