The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships across all levels of the business. This role requires a passion for customer service and a drive to find solutions that exceed customer expectations.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Thinking with a customer mindset to drive optimum customer service solutions
  • End-to-end investigation of complaints
  • Ensuring timely closure of complaints
  • Utilising every contact with our customers as an opportunity to understand consumer behaviour
  • Opportunity to refine or create new processes
  • Working with manager to implement close the loop process
  • Analysing data and results and other customer feedback for trends, and investigating root cause where appropriate
  • Proactively communicating with business stakeholders regarding opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
  • Identifying trends in the complaint analysis & reporting
  • Conducting root cause analysis on key issues and complaints and driving corrective actions throughout the business
