We are seeking a highly experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSEQ) Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Steer the development and implementation of HSEQ standards and procedures.

Undertake regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance.

Work closely with senior management to prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Motivate and educate employees on best practice HSEQ procedures.

Develop work method statements, project plans, and inspection and test plans.

Implement system changes and improvements to demonstrate continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Qualification in work health and safety (minimum of Certificate IV).

Knowledge of current legislation, standards, and industry requirements.

Extensive experience in a Safety Management role on civil infrastructure projects.

Desirable skills:

Qualifications in training and assessment.

Previous experience in water projects.
