About the Role

  • As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting a positive and generative approach to health and safety, environment, and quality functions across the organisation.
  • You will be responsible for managing the implementation of Safety Management Plans across projects, ensuring compliance with legislations, regulations, and standards, and leading investigations of safety-related incidents or issues.
  • Additionally, you will oversee employee rehabilitation, including Return to Work planning, and ensure risk assessments and risk registers are developed and maintained.

About You

  • You will have a Cert IV in Workplace/Occupation Health and Safety, Environmental, or Quality, and relevant experience in incident investigation, internal auditing, and senior leadership.
  • You will also have experience in managing safety audit programs, detailed knowledge of SHEQ legislation, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards, and excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
