Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team at MMG Limited. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business to achieve its goals and objectives.

About the Role:
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to the business to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coach and develop leaders to enhance their HR skills and knowledge to drive business outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve workforce productivity and engagement.
  • Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment legislation and industrial relations.
