Job Overview:
The Staff Development Unit (SDU) plays a pivotal role in coordinating learning and development within the organization. This unit provides education and training for staff in various programs based on organisational needs and consumer requirements.
This Occupational Violence Prevention Specialist position focuses on developing, delivering, and supporting teams across the network to provide targeted training courses for staff in various settings.
The specialist will work as part of an inter-professional team to provide occupational violence education in clinical and non-clinical settings. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to identify education needs and developing relevant training materials.
