Occupational Medicine Physician Opportunity
Our organisation seeks a skilled Occupational Medicine Physician to provide high-quality medical care to corporate and government clients, promoting workforce health, safety, and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in conducting pre-employment medical examinations, fitness-for-work assessments, and injury management consultations, ensuring clients have a healthy and safe workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
We conduct pre-employment medical examinations, fitness-for-work assessments, and injury management consultations.
Provide expert advice on workplace health and safety, including return-to-work planning.
Implement health programs, such as drug and alcohol testing and vaccinations, to promote a healthy work environment.
Collaborate with employers to deliver customized health solutions for their workforce, including health promotion and disease prevention programs.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with organisational standards.
Requirements
To be successful as an Occupational Medicine Physician, you will need:
A current registration as a Medical Practitioner with the relevant authority.
Postgraduate training in occupational medicine (or working towards qualifications).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient care and customer service.
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
