The Lead Negotiator will be responsible for leading negotiations and drafting of business contracts, including vendor agreements, IT/software licensing, data privacy agreements, service agreements, clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, and materials. This individual will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to achieve contractual goals.
