Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our organization in Perth, Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business units, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management and extensive experience in managing HR activities in a shutdown/project environment. You will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate HR objectives into day-to-day operational deliverables.

You will work closely with our managers to interpret policies and procedures, provide guidance on employment legislation, and support the development of effective HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing Expert HR Advice and Support: Provide expert advice and support to management and employees.
  • Developing and Implementing HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results.
  • Managing Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Coordinating Recruitment and Talent Management Initiatives: Coordinate recruitment and talent management initiatives.
  • Analyzing Data: Analyze data to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
