The Role
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the team.

  • Provide expert support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate professional development initiatives to drive growth and success.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and sensitivity, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Your Profile
  • Previous experience in Human Resources preferably within the mining or resources industry, demonstrating expertise in HR operations and management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, from executives to frontline staff.
  • Proven ability to drive change and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
