Key Sales Leader Position

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Sales Performance Manager to drive sales growth, meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead by example, motivate team members and achieve store and personal sales goals through Key Performance Indicators.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Recruit, train and develop new team members to enhance store performance.
  • Ensure the store operates efficiently, effectively and safely, meeting all health and safety requirements.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues and improve overall store operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering results and achieving sales targets as a sales leader.
  • 4+ years of management experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
