Sales Associate is a role that involves working in a retail environment, interacting with customers, and achieving sales targets.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high shop floor standards, and meeting sales targets.

  • You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team, using your communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • You will also be required to operate the till system, handle financial transactions, and assist with product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills.
  • Build relationships between our brand and our customers by answering queries, providing excellent service, and adapting your approach depending on individuals' personalities, loves and needs.
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Assist with merchandising the store and maintaining high shop floor standards.
  • Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
