Cargo Operations Manager

A dedicated leader is required to support and lead our Perth operation as a Cargo Service Delivery Supervisor.
This 24/7 rotation role involves overseeing and supporting the Perth Cargo Operation (Office and Warehouse).
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a customer-centric cargo operation, including supervision, organisation, and coordination of all work areas during an operational shift.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: On-the-job team coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources to deliver operational requirements and meet Service Level Agreements.
- Quality Metrics: Provide quality metrics and reporting on critical business issues.
- Safety Culture: Reinforce a positive safety culture within the team focused on awareness and vigilance.
- Compliance: Compliance with legislative Health & Safety requirements and dnata's Health & Safety Management System.
- Safe Work Practices: Follow all safety work procedures, adhering to all safety guidelines provided.
- Emergency Procedures: Participate in emergency drills and/or evacuations.
