Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in store operations and management, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to a rapidly growing business environment.

About You
  • 2+ years of experience in store operations and management
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to a changing business environment
  • An eye for detail to maintain high visual merchandising standards
  • High personal standards in providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to prepare and manage budgets to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to analyse and optimise stock levels to maximise sales
  • Strong leadership skills to lead and manage store teams
  • Desire to challenge yourself to achieve business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountability for store financials, sales, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Enhancing store operations and suggesting opportunities for improvement based on an understanding of customer needs
  • Managing store administration, including inventory management, implementing loss prevention controls and general store operations
  • Promoting and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ensuring staff comply with policies and procedures and provide ongoing training and development
