Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and meeting sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance by executing promotional activities, driving cross-selling, up-selling initiatives, and superior customer service across the store team.
  • To efficiently execute all operational activities of the store, including expenses, stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping, and administration.
  • To successfully execute in-store visual merchandising, ensuring the in-store presentation and promotional standards are met and that the appearance of the store is in line with the brand image.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant retail or business management qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an assistant store management role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
  • Financial management experience, including budgets, profit and loss statements, and financial ratios.
  • Knowledge of stock, cost, risk, and compliance management procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
