We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a customer-centric approach.

As Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional store performance through effective leadership, strategic planning, and execution. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profitability growth, while ensuring seamless store operations in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Operational expertise, including inventory management, stock control, and point-of-sale system management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions

You will also be required to:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive store performance and achieve sales and revenue growth targets
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support store operations
