Frontline Customer Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled customer service professional to provide exceptional support to our clients. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and managing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound customer and telephone sales enquiries from external customers and internal teams.
- Prepare and process quotes and sales orders, and log requirements into the system.
- Scan and email orders, dispatch, and queries to outsourced companies and external customers.
- Assist with processing of all dispatch documentation for the Warehouse.
- Liaise and communicate with key customers regarding production lead times and delivery enquiries.
- Cabinet making background or Drafting CAD experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of decorative timber products and cabinet hardware is highly desirable.
- A strong client focus and commitment to best practice.
- Technically savvy with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Telephone and counter sales experience.
- Proven skills in managing the sales process and building customer relationships.
- Work to deadlines and due dates in a team environment as well as autonomously.
