Job tasks and responsibilities but not limit to: Proform is looking for an energetic, organised and emotionally resilient customer service team member to work in our growing Customer Service Department.
The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and will include: Respond to inbound Customer and Telephone sales enquiries from external customers, Cabinet Makers, Production Manager and Customer Service team members.
Prepare and process all quotes and sales orders and log requirements into the system.
Scan and email orders, dispatch and queries to outsourced companies and external customers.
Assist with processing of all dispatch documentation for the Warehouse.
Liaise and communicate with key customers regarding production lead times and delivery enquiries.
Manage work priorities.
Address customer enquiries, ensuring all customer concerns are dealt with tactfully and resolved quickly.
Skills and experience You will have: Cabinet making background or Drafting CAD experience desirable.
Cabinet Vision and Benchfab experience desirable.
Knowledge of decorative timber products and cabinet hardware highly desirable.
A strong client focus and commitment to best practice Technically savvy with a high attention to detail.
Able to learn product codes and product technical data quickly.
Looking for challenging role in busy office Excellent customer service skills Telephone and counter sales experience Proven skills in managing the sales process and building customer relationships.
Work to deadlines and due dates in a team environment as well as autonomously High energy, resilience and excellent planning and organisational skills.

This position is based at our offices in Malaga.

Previous work experience in woodworking industry would be a great advantage.
