Customer Relationship and Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team in Midland, Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, process orders, and improve existing processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with existing and new customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication and customer service skills
  • Processing orders, compiling quotations, managing customer projects, and liaising with the manufacturing department to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Identifying and improving upon existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Proactively identifying new customers and ensuring they understand the product offerings, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintaining accurate inventory for the branch, ordering supplies, running reports, and working in the warehouse as required

  • A Team Player and problem solver who can work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail
  • An efficient self-starter with a natural ability to empathise, connect, and respond in a genuine and caring tone to customer enquiries
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, preparation of quotations, input of purchase orders, and support for various team members
  • An energetic multitasker who can maintain high levels of concentration, diligence, and attention to detail throughout the day
  • Possessing an ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive work attitude
