Job Title: Supplier Relationship Manager

This role is a senior and high-impact position that will lead the development and execution of vendor and contract management practices across the organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of ICT suppliers to meet performance, cost, quality, and risk objectives.
  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives across the ICT category, delivering value and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including both pre-contract planning and post-award contract management.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and lead key negotiations with suppliers.
  • Strengthen supplier relationships and ensure accountability through performance reviews and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and risk to support business outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally to assess business needs and assist in the evaluation and procurement of tech solutions.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven expertise in ICT procurement, post-award contract management negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in ICT procurement.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all areas of the business.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, ICT or related discipline; postgraduate and/or MCIPS highly desirable.
  • Exposure to health or not-for-profit sectors will be viewed favorably.
