**About the job**:

- Retail employee Casual pay rate level3 $33.31/hour + superannuation
- 2-3 days per week
- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift (9:00am - 5.00pm)
- Saturday, 3-hour shift (9:00am - 12.00pm)

**we are looking for**
- Be reliable and efficient.
- At least 2 years previous experience in Australia post
- Has valid Work force id and passport interview accreditation
- Always follow the instructions given by manager/owner and support your colleagues' work all the time as a good team player.
- Accurately & efficiently perform all kinds of post office customer sales and service transactions.
- You can lift up to 16kg of mail repeatedly

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Performing customer sales and service transactions with customers
- Managing high value transaction accurately - which includes handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS
- Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions
- Assisting customers with mail lodgments and associate costs
- Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
- Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.06 - $33.31 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
