Sales Manager – Launch and Lead Our New Sales Team
Location: South Melbourne (initial 4-week training conducted in Mulgrave). With possible interstate travel.

As we enter an exciting new chapter— we are searching for a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the launch of our second outbound phone sales team. If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment, this is your chance to make your mark.

Your Mission
Build and lead a brand-new sales team from the ground up
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of outbound phone sales representatives
Establish frameworks for structured coaching, sales conversations, and performance management
Set targets and strategies aligned with broader business growth objectives
Collaborate with customer service, admin, and project teams for seamless execution
Travel across Melbourne and possibly Sydney & Brisbane to build connections and opportunities
About You
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Strategic thinker with a passion for creating culture and capability
Comfortable managing budgets and reporting on results
Confident with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy in day-to-day operations
Previous experience in sales or contact center team leadership is advantageous
