Puppet Services Engineer

We are seeking an expert in DevOps engineering and customer-facing consulting to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that help customers deliver software faster and more reliably.

Key qualifications include:

  • Ability to manage time and projects effectively
  • 5+ years of experience in software DevOps, Systems Administration, Automation, or Network Infrastructure
  • Strong customer relations & presentation skills - must be able to speak well in front of an audience and with customers
  • Passion for problem-solving
  • Excellent time and project management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to design and implement solutions
  • Deliver Puppet training and workshops to customers
  • Assist the education team to keep training accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide pre-sales support to Sales & Marketing
  • Develop, publish and maintain Puppet modules and products
  • Contribute blog posts and other communication for Puppet

Requirements:

Solid experience working with Puppet Enterprise or Puppet Open SourceTechnical degree (CS/IT/Eng/ITSec) or equivalent experienceDemonstrated ability to work and interact as a member of a group or teamApplicants with Puppet Certification are a plus
