Key Responsibilities:

  • A self-starter who makes things happen by being resourceful and smart with time management and prioritization.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields required.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or consulting in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in conducting demonstrations, training, professional service, and managing evaluations.
  • A combination of hands-on experience in:
    • Programming: Java (required) plus one other object-oriented language, e.g., C#.
    • Automation frameworks: Selenium/Appium, and JMeter (required).
    • Understanding of networking concepts (HTTP, TCP/IP, VPN), SaaS-based network & security considerations.
  • A domain expert in DevOps and software testing – functional and non-functional, e.g., load, performance, security, accessibility.
  • Experience communicating with enterprise-level technical and business executives.
