Are you detail-oriented and experienced in finance with a passion for accuracy and process improvement? We're looking for a Finance Associate to manage receivables, ensure timely collections, and support our finance team as we scale our innovative vehicle subscription platform.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage the end-to-end receivables process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and liaise with customers to resolve payment issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in credit control and debt collection activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on receivables performance.
  • Support month-end and periodical financial close processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce outstanding debt.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
What You\'ll Bring
  • Previous experience in receivables, credit control, or finance operations, ideally in a subscription, automotive, or fintech environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with accounting and finance software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
