Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Credit Collections Specialist to join our Finance team.

About the Role:

  • Manage a ledger of accounts and perform daily reconciliation tasks;
  • Process customer reviews for risk assessment and assist with new account setup;
  • Enter credit claims and maintain accurate records;
  • Develop and implement effective credit collection strategies;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in credit collections or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of credit reporting and collection techniques;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
