About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Loyalty Program Specialist to support and coordinate the planning, administration, delivery, and ongoing improvement of our loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of stores within our loyalty platform
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including identifying discrepancies in store product data
  • Liaise with internal teams on upcoming store loyalty activation timings
  • Set up and report on loyalty promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to loyalty members and retailers
  • Generate stakeholder loyalty reporting
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional written skills and friendly phone manner
