Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project deliverables.
  • Support Process Owners and Scrum Masters in detailed planning and execution of initiatives.
  • Develop and implement quarterly plans to align priorities with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the portfolio of initiatives, ensuring that appropriate management processes and tools are in place.
  • Serve as a point of contact for senior leadership and key collaborators, providing regular updates and resolving issues.
Essential Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in dynamic program and project management environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sophisticated situations and propose actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
