Key Responsibilities

The Program Director - Technology Service Delivery is accountable for driving multiple programs to deliver strategic outcomes and benefits.

Main Objectives
  • To lead and manage aligned programs, ensuring desired results are achieved
  • Report directly to the Head of Transformation - Technology Service Delivery
  • Apply best practice project and program management methodologies
  • Oversee programs and projects throughout their lifecycle, from conception to implementation
  • Support Program Managers in building high-performing teams
  • Maintain strong delivery standards across various areas, including safety, environmental, WHS, risk, and compliance
Requirements
  • A minimum 15 years' experience leading large, diverse teams in complex environments
  • Relevant program/project management certification
  • A proven track record delivering large-scale programs in senior leadership roles
  • A strong ability to build organisational capability, drive transformation, and foster collaboration
  • Experience managing contractors and delivery partners
  • Demonstrated values-based leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
