Program Director Job Summary
This is a challenging role for an experienced and skilled Program Director to lead multiple aligned programs in the Technology Service Delivery Portfolio.
The successful candidate will manage, plan, direct, and coordinate activities to oversee and implement programs from initiation to final transition into operational business-as-usual management.
They will develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and monitoring and controlling program progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
Key responsibilities include leading a team to define and manage integrated program delivery plans, maintaining and monitoring baseline, tracking actual progress and costs, and forecasting future progress and expenditure.
Establishing effective governance arrangements for projects and initiatives, collaborating with peers and stakeholders.
Driving overall performance of the program and projects, including stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and benefits realization.

Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in project management and coordination.
