Job Overview

As a skilled Technical Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining and repairing our range of equipment across Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and excellent customer service skills to deliver high-quality support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical service functions for equipment installations, preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Interface with customers via visits, telephone or email to provide quality product support and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Diagnose faults, perform urgent repairs and participate in a rotating weekly after-hours on-call roster.
  • Provide applications/user/technical training and assist with spare parts inventory management.
  • Document and update internal procedures, maintain equipment/spares database files and ensure accurate tracking and repair statuses.
Requirements:
  • Trade Certificate/Diploma with strong hands-on technical service experience.
  • Restricted Electrical License and valid driver's license.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, repair, modify, overhaul, or refurbish standard and special purpose equipment and systems components.
  • Ability to operate a computer and have an intermediate understanding of DOS and Windows, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Full Electrical License.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
