As a Product Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional equipment and services to the construction and mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commission new equipment and ensure effective after-sales technical support.

  • Act as key point of contact between customers, addressing technical issues.

  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.

Job Description

The role involves coordinating the support and development of rock drilling equipment, including SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series drill rigs.

As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for commissioning new equipment, ensuring effective after-sales technical support, and facilitating training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are seeking an individual with:

  • Australian-recognised trade certificate.
  • Experience in Technical Support or Drill Fitting.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, verbal and written.
